Orange m’a voler. Le désimlockage qui tue

Voici une semaine que j’essaye d’obtenir le code de désimlockage de mon mobile acheté chez orange, en vain.

Sur le site orange.fr j’obtiens :

Ce numéro d‘IMEI n‘est pas reconnu par Orange.

Pour désimlocker votre mobile vous pouvez contacter le service clients du lundi au samedi de 8h à 20h.

Au téléphone, via un serveur vocal qui envoie un SMS :
Ce mobile n’a pas été acquis avec cette ligne. Il ne peut pas être désimlocké automatiquement. service client 3970.
Donc une boucle infinie!!

A la boutique Orange Place de la république Paris 11, accueil trés antipathique. Om me dit d’appeler le service client au 700 (sur le site orange ce numero est censé destiné aux appels du service client depuis l’étranger!?)

Vous me demandez des précisions sur le code déblocage du HTC.

Je vous invite à nous joindre au 39 70 depuis un téléphone fixe afin que l’on puisse faire des tests et des manipulations sur votre mobile pour préciser le dysfonctionnement (coût d’une communication locale).

Bref réponse d’un robot ou alors d’un neuneu!

Il est désormais difficile de joindre un interlocuteur humain au service client. Bref via le 3970/6/9 au bout de 30 minutes d’attente, enfin une opératrice qui prend mon appel.
Sur ma facture d’achat Orange le numéro de téléphone du mobile n’est pas le mien. Je pense que le problème doit venir de là. Espoir! L’opératrice me dit que c’est un numéro temporaraire affectée avant le portage de mon ancien numero; Elle me redemande l’IMEI, puis de le revérifier sur le mobile : *#06# ce qui donne bien sûr le même code IMEI que la facture et la boite.
Et finalement au bout de 15 minutes elle me dit que ce numero est inconnu et que je dois écrire au service client avec une copie de ma facture!
