Pour Orange je suis Super Pigeon

Hier, un coup de fil d’Orange m’a confirmé que je suis devenu SuperPigeon.

Je possède en effet, un forfait bloqué Smart de 1H30 qui m’est facturé 25 euros chez ce prestataire ex France Telecom. Je ne sais pas si le fait d’avoir demandé le RIO de mon téléphone mobile et son désimlockage a poussé le support à cet appel.

Le fait est que ce fournisseur m’a gentiment proposé de modifier mon forfait pour prendre un Smart M6 de 1H avec 200 Mo pour Internet pour la modique somme de 26,90 euros!

Suite à l’annonce fracassante de Free, je m’attendai à une offre généreuse. Et bien, me voilà satisfait, 26,9 euros pour 1 heure au lieu de 20 euros pour un tout ilimité!

J’ai profité de cet appel pour signaler que pour obtenir la date d’engagement sur le site Orange, il faut consulter ses factures, qui ne sont visibles qu’aprés un mot de passe plus un code confidentiel qui est inscrit sur la facture.

Il est impossible de désimlocker son mobile en ligne, le formulaire signalant que le code IMEI est erroné. Par téléphone au service client, on n’ a plus accés à un interlocuteur mais à un serveur qui envoie un SMS qui fait office de formulaire pour faire la demande de désimlockage. J’attends encore mon code depuis 2 jours!

Free a certainement des lacunes avec son support, mais Orange vient de se mettre à son niveau, tout en gardant ses tarifs.
