Les écoles de l’Internet

Il ya déjà bien longtemps, Leo Ferré chantait sa nostalgie du quartier latin :

Aujourd’hui, un diplôme, ça s’rupine
Aux amphis, tu pointes comme à l’usine
Quartier latin, quartier latin, quartier latin

Oui aujourd’hui, encore plus, un diplôme ça se rupine. Constatant que la formation aux mêtiers du web n’existe quasiment pas dans le secteur public, des entrepreneurs se sont lancés dans ce secteur.
Le coup d’envoi médiatique a été donné par Jacques-Antoine Granjon (Vente-privee.com), Xavier Niel (Free) et Marc Simoncini (Meetic) qui viennent de créer l’EEMI.
« Ce ne sera pas une école qui forme des développeurs, car cela existe déjà : Epitech, par exemple, fait cela très bien. L’EEMI sera vraiment généraliste, et permettra de comprendre l’économie de l’Internet, comment marche un site Web, ou comment on monte un projet dans ce domaine. » a déclaré Granjon.

Sur le site de l’EEmi c’est moins clair :

Sur ce secteur, HETIC a été créé en 2001, et dés la rentrée 2011 on aura deux nouvelles écoles ESCEN et Sup’Internet. Si toutes ces écoles constatent le manque de formation dans le secteur Internet, elles apportent des visions différentes des mêtiers du web: Bac+3 ou Bac+5 ? plutôt commercial ou marketing ou technique?

Que choisirait Mark Zuckerberg?

HETIC : Hautes Etudes en Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication

Formation : la formation regroupe les 3 pôles : ingénieur, commerce, et communication. Elle ne distingue pas ces 3 filières, les étudiants se spécialisent à travers les projets d’études et les stages ;

  • Durée des études : 5 ans ;
  • Diplôme : diplôme HETIC d’Expert en Ingénierie et Management de la Communication, reconnu au niveau I par l’Etat (établissement créé en  2001) ;
  • Stages : expérience pro à l’intérieur de l’école en 3ème et 4ème année, 4 mois en stage à temps plein, 6 mois en contrat pro à mi temps, 6 mois en contrat pro à temps plein ;

Prix : 5 650€ à 6 750€ (selon les années). Total : 24 650€ sur 5 ans (en tenant compte de la prise en charge des frais de 5ème année par l’entreprise) ;

 

EEMI : Ecole Européenne des Métiers de l’Internet

Formation : Une école des métiers d’internet en 3 ans. 20 métiers répartis sur 5 pôles : Gestion de projet, Web design et graphisme, webmarketing et innovation, programmation et développement multimédia, communication et suivi web ;

  • Durée des études : 3 ans ;
  • Diplôme : Le diplôme à bac +3 n’est pas reconnu par l’Etat pour l’instant (ce qui est normal puisque l’école ouvre cette année) ;
  • Stages : un stage chaque anné ;
  • Prix : 9 500€ par an. Prix total : 28 500€ sur 3 ans. Pour l’année scolaire 2011-2012, les membres fondateurs financent une partie de la scolarité : les étudiants bénéficieront d’un tarif préférentiel de 6 500€ la 1ère année ;

SUP Internet

  • Formation : 3 filières : Business et Management de sites internet, Graphisme et Design, Développeurs et Techniciens Web ;
  • Durée des études : 3 ans ;
  • Diplôme : Le diplôme à bac +3 n’est pas reconnu par l’Etat pour l’instant (ce qui est normal puisque l’école ouvre cette année) ;
  • Stages : 4 mois en 1ère et 2ème année, 3/4 du temps en 3ème année ;
  • Prix : 4 900 à 5 400€ l’année. Total sur 3 ans : 15 700€ ;

ESCEN : Ecole Supérieur de Commerce et d’Economie Numérique
Formation : l’ESCEN a vocation à former aux métiers de l’internet à vocation managériale, marketing et communication ;

  • Durée des études : 5 ans ;
  • Diplôme : Le diplôme à bac +5 n’est pas reconnu par l’Etat pour l’instant (ce qui est normal puisque l’école ouvre cette année). En revanche, l’école permet d’obtenir un BTS au bout de 2 ans, reconnu par l’Etat ;
  • Stages : 5 stages (un par an) ;
  • Prix : 5 400€ à 6 800€, selon les années. Total : 30 800€ sur 5 ans (sauf pour la 2ème année de MBA, academic track : 9 800€) ;
