Orange forfait bloqué

Recherchant un forfait bloqué, j’ai choisi Orange avec un smartphone, un téléphone mobile Android : le HTC WildFire.

Lors de l’achat Place de La République à Paris, la vendeuse m’a signalée qu’avec un forfait bloqué il fallait désactiver tous les transferts data via internet pour ne pas avoir un forfait épuisé.
J’ai demandé qu’elle me donne le paramétrage. Le responsable de la boutique qui était présent m’a dit que l’assistance technique étant absente il fallait revenir.
Samedi dernier je passe à la boutique. On me dit que le samedi il n’y a pas d’assitance.
Reconnaisant le manager de la boutique, je lui demande si quelqu’un pourrait me donner les informations. Il me dit que c’est impossible qu’il n’y a que des commerciaux présents.
J’insiste pour avoir ces renseignements, car pour moi il ne s’agit que d’un paramétrage d’un télephone Android. Et dans ma main je brandis un HTC Légend acheté chez SFR.
Erreur! Fureur du manager. Il éructe que de toutes façons je n’aurais pas d’assistance sur un téléphone qui n’est pas Orange. J’essaye de le calmer en lui précisant que j’ai acheté aussi un smartphone android chez lui. Peine perdu. Je deviens à ses yeux un simple usager de la grande société Orange. Il me dit que je n’avais pas à prendre un smartphone avec un forfait bloqué. Tant pis pour moi. Il ne peut plus rien pour moi. Au bout d’un moment il me demande de revenir Mardi matin pour avoir les infos du service technique.
Me voici donc ce mardi matin devant Place de la République à la boutique Orange. A l’entrée je suis reçu par une jeune commerciale qui ne comprends pas ma demande. Finalement elle se renseigne et revient en me tendant un téléphone fixe.
Elle me dit d’appeler le service technique. Ainsi donc, au bout de la troisième visite de la boutique on me dit de téléphoner à un serveur vocal, le 3907.

Le service me donne le paramétrage :
Paramètres>Sans Fil & réseaux> Décocher Réseau mobile.
Je lui demande si il y a d’autres réglages à faire il me dit que non.
